If you look carefully at this thread, there are only two FRs that can be considered reliable, i.e. written by samsters who do not have a reputation for sabotage. Yet both FRs indicate in no uncertain terms that prices are way way unreasonable. The onus is therefore on the owner to step forward & clarify.
