It's not even a restriction on movement on people. More like restriction on businesses from opening.

Restricting movement should be like in malaysia where there are police / army roadblocks and patrols to keep people at home.

Here they close all the possible usual avenues for entertainment, so then outside i see groups of si ginnahs hanging around outside the malls smoking, nothing to do because everything close down, but still gathering, talking, spewing saliva at each other (smoking will cough), so what's the use?

no lah... malaysian still gets to go around within 10km but only 1 person 1 car/bike... can still go grocery shopping or tapau foods within the 10km distance... don't say like malaysia goverment lock malaysian at home same like jailed lah...
