Mens Health (Supplement / Exercise / Routine)

Hello all bros. I'm in my 30ies now. Probably it will be good if anyone can share what are you routines / supplement / brands / exercises to stay healthy; be it mental healthy, body or libido.

I'm in my 30ies are do notice that no longer have the previous stamina. Would like to buy supplements not dont know where to start. Any advise is much appreciated.

Im moving towards mid 40s.

I still have the urge to fuck. But the erection is definitely not as good as 20s. I believe it is a combination of physical and mental wellness to keep in shape. Usually I spend more time in resting and exercising. Walking between bus stops is good actually.

I dunn usually take supplement as I dunn really trust processed "food". We dunn know what is used to process the pills. However I do have some "dick supplements" with me for emergency purposes. Bo bian needs them for my ego and my partners' satisfaction.

Im also in my mid 40s. Definitely not as strong as 20s. I dare not to take Western meds though. I got a good friend that started taking those green pills, blue pills. Actually its ingredients all similar to viagra la. Just start only need to take half pill very strong erection alrdy, subsequently take 1 pill, 2 pill then can erect. Eventually he can't even get any erection without relying on pills. Think the side effects is quite bad if taken long term. Later sikali die from heart attack hosei liao. Not very recommended. So I only take natural herb products myself. Atleast no long term side effects and have more health benefits.
