question on market rates

hi pple,

i want to ask the experienced pple who always chiong hc , what are the market rates for hj, BM,BJ and FJ.

u know its not too good to spolit the market.

from what i gather, market rates for hj is 50. not sure abt others.

pls enlightened, exp bros.

one more question, do the hc change the sheets on the massage table after every customer?

BJ+BM - $80
FJ -$100...

But sometimes it depends on your contact. You may be charge lower if you are a frequent of your ml... I do have.

price depends on location .... tourist orchard belt sure higher than HDB heartlands .... song song go jurong can get $30 for HJ in ulu place with HDLY and prostate massage thrown in

unless you around those far away spots .... add petrol in might well get equipment serviced in town

I think only unlicensed massage joints dare offer specials e.g. hj, bj, hdly or prostate massage nowadays. I think those licensed spas will never dare offer such specials. It is no laughing matter after having sunk hundreds of thousands of dollars in investment for the spa, only to see their license taken away by anti-vice.

Bro, .most gals earn by numbers of massage done per day, they are not monthly paid. Those with less customer will dare to do hj for regulars with towel covered behind their boss back in a very discreet way. but not all of them .I have encounter 3 in west area. But dont ask me who ,cos don't want to break their rice bowl.

I am more curious how the special service being shared between the shop owner and the gals. We been complaining rates are high at some places. But who knows, the shop owner is the fat goat instead of these gals.
Otherwise based on the rates charged, most of them can earned to a high executive pay like above $10-$15K a month. ...
Why still some working for so many years?

nope not anymore , no pay at all.olden days health centre pay comission on job done.

the gals pay for the bed rental, the gals are the bosses themselves.

spa get accredited , not so easy, many investment put into it.
they have a system to monitor xtra svc to client.
they make sure only clean massage .
gal are well paid in comission.

gals do special service goes to their own pocket. Out of ,say $50 per hr massage the gals earn certain % of it . Thats what I think.

Bro I am talking abt those joints doing special only. Not those clean ones that gals doing discreetly.
For those special joints I am sure someone will helps to look out for them. ..possible of multi layer sharing of $. You can see these joints survived for years. ....

sure got many business models around .... paya lebar got one MP pay ML $5 per hour massage and ML keeps the specials .... most ML get nothing from massage ..... their share consider as room rental

been to one FL incall got cctv boss charge the FL $x per head for room .... since then me never want to go incall again ....

dun think shop will share in the spoils of the specials as it sounds like pimping which sounds not legal ..... anyway my half cent view .....

The last time in singapore, I chit chat with the gals. The gals, get like 5 or 10 dollars per customer. The rest goes to the shop. Specials, the gals have to do to make a living.

So you see, it no specials, the gals can survive or not?

DONT think so, usually no boss inside the shop, no way to monitor how many jobs.
boss just collect flat rate from gals for using the room, thats all.
gals ownself get customers.

me too, been to a shop a at ppc centre, after massage the gal show me her computer, at the counter,shit ..., it monitor who walk into the shop , and who is leaving, the camera aim at the door, and recorded into hard disk.
think when lady boss come and collect her share, she will look at the computer, to counter check, nvr go to the shop again.
