Ask urself issit bcos of the physical satisfaction or are u missing her cos u r emotionally attached. If its physical then its ok, just carry on go find her. If emotional, then move on to other spas or ML.

Your objective is to (1) spend less AND (2) be less hooked on her. Yet you're addicted to her which makes it a downward spiral.

The best way is to treat it like how other addictions are managed. Drug addiction, alcohol addiction, smoking addiction - the commonality here is the cold turkey treatment. The challenge of course is that you're unable to force yourself to go cold turkey. In that case, you need a plan to slowly let go.

1. Consider having your finances managed by someone. If that's not possible, put your massage budget in a new account and limit the amount you put in there every month.

2. If you have your ML's contact, do not contact her until she contacts you. Slowly, contact will be less frequent and you'll probably start blaming her and have a more negative impression of her. You'll think of her less because she's not that perfect anymore. Don't think you've let her down in any way. She's one of a few in your life but you're one of many in hers.

3. Find a couple other massage places to rotate with. Over time, you'll find that maybe you're addicted to the act and not the masseuse.
