I think it is very difficult for GL to resume operation. Because if OKT dun dare to ask AV, obviously AV will not check with the authority. I dont think OKT would be scared to ask AV, it is part of their livelihood, when it comes to money i dont think there is such thing as 'dont dare' to anyone. Its definitely the authority trying to stall in the name of the virus, the longer they stall, the higher chance that the OKT are gonna find other jobs, so geylang will disappear itself
