Any girls feel uncomfortable about mammogram? Seems like a bit shamed to get the breast stuffed into the plate and squeeze. Because i am small size the technician use her hand to adjust my boob and many times her hand go over my nipple that is very sensitive. I went to the centre in orchard and over there they just tell you to remove your shirt and bra there and then. There is nothing to cover the top part. You have to put your clothing on the bed and stand there until she ready to scan you.

I would suggest going somewhere else that will put you more at ease. A mammogram is important (so is self-examination) so do not let an unpleasant experience stop you from going for regular mammograms.
