Well if Liverpool do win anything then all boils down to the team squad.

Joe Gomez will face lengthy absentee due to knee injury.

What did I tell you guys about International related injuries just yesterday?!

Looks like the Gods are really stacking it up against us winning the big 2 this season.

Got to wrap up Matip in cotton wool and bubble wrap from now on. Maybe even keep him out of full training and only wheel him out for PL and vital CL games, similar to Ledley King and Paul McGrath previously.

Hope our young lads step up to the plate when called on now and grab their chances.

This time Pool really don't have a choice but to buy another defender or 2..Matip won't be able to last for long also, I'll give him another 2-3 matches before he's back to the treatment room again.

probably Hendo will have to play defensive duties if needed.

Good time for Nat Philips and Rhy Williams to step up. Not matter how I look at it, both of them will play as part of squad rotation. Both of them look really talented despite their inexperience. Neco Williams should be playing soon too.

Hate to say this but are we missing Lovren already...?

Klopp may used Robbo for CB and play Tsimikas as LB.

He is not tall enough to win headers. Given how covid has affected finances, I think Klopp may loan players (with option to buy). He did a short term loan for Steven Caulker (centreback) previously. I wonder if we can sign out of contract players now instead of having to wait for the transfer window to open. I think the Euros may be next year. We may loan players who need regular games in order to win a spot in their national squad.
