It's still ongoing. Was yesterday down there to use restroom, one guy was in the corner at the urinal forever. Very clear intention he had. I have the feeling that the cleaners know what's going on there and sometimes they close the door for cleaning, not sure what's really going on inside but I have a rough idea....

Went to MRT clementi toilet recently. Seems a pretty happening place there now. I went quick in and out. I don't care about this as long as they don't approch me but looks like activity is picking up.
