The reason is simple. All the HDB shops are in the hand of HDB, no private individual owner. Hence no tn, get it

maybe whoever wanna open a TN there can do a site survey in the Sengkang/Punggol neighbourhood first.

Scenario: knocking on everydoor and asking the residents. "ehh.. scuse me, Miss. i wan openz a TN shop here with special, tell ur husband to cum okie?"

Then we slot those TN pamphlets into their mailboxes with SPECIAL printed big big on it. i think good business leh!

Compass Point got one clean massage place on Level 3. Have one massage lady with 4 or 5 massage guys. Also a store room at the back with curtain. Maybe u can ask lady to give u massage in storeroom and see wat happened

I was told tat area most o the buildings r not so much o shop hse but more mall styled........dunno true or not
