Any one went to bkk recently and tried the new subway? Is it in operation yet?

yes up n running, special offer flat rate of 10 bahts per trip till 12th Aug.

I would say it is still new and very much like the MRT we have....For 10b , it is a steal.

yup,the train service is great and faster.The connecting train with BTS is convennient like at Asoke and Chatuchak Park.

very convenient and fast... but layout more similar to HK than SG. now promo rates so quite crowded. from lat phrao station to hua lamphong is only about 30mins and a bit.
