Hiring an Junior (Fresh grad welcome)

I secured a new headcount in my company to hire a junior. As an intro, I am in my early 30s, local SG chinese, slim and fit. We are not insurance agents, real estate agents or 'financial consultants'. Now hiring a female who fit the following criteria:

Age 18-27yo ladies
not more than 58kg
good attitude and hard working
do not mind 1 or 2 'outside work' sessions per month

Perks:

good base salary and attractive comms
flexibility to work from home on some days
generous annual leave
good training and learning opportunities
vouchers and other incentives for good work performance
business trips abroad
incentive holidays trips (when travel resumes) for good performance
