But did u get your full hour? At least she inform u early, must be her earlier booking was a last minute slot in so push u back by 20mins.

Happened to me before too. And I got my full hour so that’s ok. Once I even got extra 15 mins as a gesture of appreciation since no booking after me.

What's alarming is the way she shrugged it off flippantly. It was like, say you and me are good friends and we have an appointment fixed. I want to push it back for 20 minutes for my own reason.

When I meet you, I say something along the lines of "Oh come on, we know each other for so long already".

Not too long ago, I brought up casually on the impact of market saturation. She told me that it did not affect her and her schedule was relatively packed. What importantly is the recovery plan. She did recover by texting you before and ask then gave you at least the full hour. Business wise there is no fault.

If she wants to tell you the truth, she would have. What do you want to know that truth? To help? To advise her? If she just give you any reason, you feel better?
