or one way can go down to GL n do a recce on the ground to find out.

I'm going ramadan bazaar at Serai on Friday can do a recce afterwards in the evening and see if there's anything getting ready.

Geylang Serai quite far from GL lorongs...... I do Grabfood delivery around Boon Keng / Sims Ave / Kallang airport areas. I pass by the lorongs everyday..... very dry.

I think still too soon to open now.

Govt very the cautious, as always.

If RLD is to re-open my guess is that this should finally happen once govt says mask wearing no longer required at all, only purely optional.

Possibly 3rd quarter of this year subject to no further new virulent Covid mutations.

3 big events this year. NDP. F1 race. Jay Chou 2 nights concert in Dec. This are events that attract a lot of locals and residents. And foreigners visiting this country.

This are even more dangerous then re open legal RLDs. I guess to the people in charged of this red dot. They prefer more $ from these events, then to re open RLD. I sad to predict in 2024. B4 GE.

Already phased out. Only reason why TT/SafeEntry is still used is to check vaxx status. Nobody does contact tracing anymore. Even OYK himself admitted as much.
