I am a regular exerciser, so gym is a good excuse for weekends. Or when send/fetch kids, go massage is a good way to kill time. Weekday, lunch time is best.

To be tactical, don't create a pattern of behaviour. Some days i really go gym!

Just be careful bro, I typically dont cheong when need to pick kid, cause if suay kenna AV raid, got to take statements you may be stuck for hours if its a big HC. Lunch time is good if there are no important meetings or urgent work commitments in the afternoon.
