may i know what will happen if i smoke before the surgery where the doc advise not to at least 2 days before the surgery?

Never too old for a circumcision. In my opinion its better to do a circumcision as an adult than a kid.

Smoking before circumcision is not a problem. I was puffing away outside the clinic 15 minutes before my op. Nervous

oh thanx the bleeding has stop le.now i found another problem after the dressing fell off.i always though that the stitches ard the gland is connect to the skin but then only the part below the forehead tip is connected to the penis meat but not the skin.it looks like 1 lump of meat sticking out between the stitch n the penis skin.does this happen to u guys?

Actually, the doctor should have injected "penile block" before the operation, which helps to prevent erection for a stated amount of time.

So that to prevent "accidents" from happening.

Bro... I am not a doctor but I have friends who experience the same sensation as you are now.

I encourage them to do do it more often (pulling the skin back and clean the dicky during shower).. Why you feel the pain is because of the inner foreskin is stiking hard to your dicky head. If you actually try to do it daily or clean your dicky head with clear water (by pulling the foreskin back) everytime after you pee, it will help.

I have many Muslim friends and they do encourage me to circumsize even though I am not a Muslim. To be very frank, its all about personal hygene..

Imagine you got a sudden encounter that a pretty gal who wants to Bbbj you but got turn off by the "smell" from your dicky... OMG!!

So, just do a little surgery and it goes a long way.. Forget about enhancing sexual performance after the ops..as it depends alot on individual..

Here's my experience with circumcision.

When I was younger (13+) and started knowing how to enjoy watching porn and masturbating, I always wondered why my foreskin didn't retract like they did in the movies, and why mine couldn't shoot out in streams.

Then came secondary 3. I had some sudden pain in the kidneys, and I was rushed to TTSH. Over there, the bloody doctor said that there was nothing wrong with my kidneys (while I was still in pain) but asked me about my penis and foreskin, if there was any discomfort. He then asked me to lie on the bed, nude, while he went to get something.

The doctor explained to them that this was the medical condition Phimosis.

The Operation team was headed by yet another young (30?) lady who handled my boyhood (then not man yet.. haaaaa!) and asked if I wanted to stay awake and watch them snip it off. I politely declined. So, she gave me LA, and I concussed.

When I woke up, groggy and all, I couldn't remember much... cept that my head was really heavy.

2+ hours later, I regained full consciousness. I looked under my pants and almost screamed.... it was really bloody!!

Went back home with a cup, and instructions on how to use the salt sachet with warm water every few hours or so.
