Guess men aged 54 and above got weak stamina in bed. Also their arousal level dropped gradually.

Garlic is good for health benefits too. But the side effect may piss some people off.

Wearing sexy lingerie is a waste of money. New bed patterns might not work on my guy due to ED, stress, fatigue,aging,diabetes and declining testosterone. Guess his wife’s problems gave him stress and chronic health issues. Poor my guy!

If the ED is due to medical reasons then there needs to be proper diagnosis and medical solutions.

But if you only require an energy boost, I find that ginseng works for me. Buy those slices, North American ginseng is cheaper, from chinese med shops. I find it most convenient to put in my 1.7 litre electric kettle and boil the mix. Drink through the day. It will restore your energy if you are exhausted from work or lack of sleep. Sometimes I OD by putting up to 8 slices, able to get random hard-ons by evening. Don't do this daily though. Too much "boost" every day, can die
