I think you need to try and practice it yourself first.
pop yourself a porno, then masturbate. but everytime you feel like cumming, u hold back, as hard as you can try not to cum.
do it a few times before you release. keep doing this for like every 3 to 4 days (you need to rest lol) and see what happens. it is a matter of getting used to, and doing it like this you are "training" your muscles also.

Agree, could be low sperm count issue, or prostrate problem. Please see a urologist to ascertain the problem, before it gets worst.
