Haha, I seriously doubt it. If sticking a patch on dick will make dick bigger, then surely sticking it on boobs will make boobs bigger too. So when was the last time you saw an advert for boob enhacement patches ? I would recommend against stretching exercises aka jelqing. What jelqing does is it stretches the tissues of your dick. However, the dick is made up of erectile tissue too. So while u may be able to lengthen it when flaccid, u may not see any difference when erect. Over stretching the dick can cause minor breakages in the dick which are replaced by scar tissue. Scar tissue essentially is useless. U are just replacing erectile tissues with scar tissue. Like those ang moh porn movies, they have long dicks but their dicks are soft & useless. A hard dick is what pleasures a woman not a long but limp dick. Think about it.

Having a large penis is different from having a hard penis. Most asian men have smaller penises but are harder and stiffer.

Women would very much prefer a stiff dick that is medium size than a large dick that is soft...
