Posting my experience on getting a FB at a work place.

Just start with small talks, like asking what works been up to, progress, meeting etc. Have lunch together with other colleagues, buy her a drink of something. I always find buying vitamins helps out a lot in progressing.

When colleague is sick, sent her a text to ask if there’s anything needed in office, emails, work calendar etc. Next you will know she just keep finding you.

Follow on going out to exercise, running, walking, hiking. If you have a club membership can bring her there for gym and swim.

Progress for 2-3 months, talk to her about her personal life and goals, dreams. Everything will be good by now. Then can proceed to movie at night, send her home.
