The police, if want to strategize, can easily comb area by area, and identify unlicensed MP with their software app. I'm suspecting this could be taking place or may take place in near future.

Only registered TCM practitioners/physiotherapist administering the treatment him/herself are exempted from applying for massage licence. For the exempted one, only Singaporean, SPR and Msian with work permit allowed.

The new licence rule is very strict with lots of constraints from clothing, to layout of the shop.

If u r interested, u can easily find out whether your regular MP has the massage licence or not. The e-service is available in SPF website ( just need to key in the unit number+postal code )

Not register with police licence unit is unlicenced.
No licence , nothing to display.
Got licence,it had to display at door,or at counter.
A4 size printed white paper with police crest n owner name ,ic number.

Real tcm doctor must be present during the masg

Spa license tat is alot of type..
Those tat u can see thought with open concert jus need a A1 license..
Those tat have individual room need A2 license which is very hard to get nowadays..
Becos of the new massage law.. our playground have become Lesser n lesser.. even my Bb is going to work till end of may only..
