Yes they are. But they can only push the boundaries of limitations if the market allows it. And guess what, the market allows it. Sigh...

I've been trying to fight this mindset for several months now. But to no avail. Oh well. Looks like this year is a lost cause. Low standard, low service MLs win. Next year, I hear some powerhouses might be returning, so hopefully that will bring back some normalcy to this market again.
