I've seen both, but at Kokoro.

First was they wear then let you strip, or they shower then wear and you do the deed with the outfit on.

They won't let it get wet as the girls share the same outfits usually and it might be used after.

Don’t see how paying 300baht for her to just wear it and strip once justifies it. But if we’re doing the deed with the cosplay, that be so much better ✌🏻
