AV squad is under SPF right, surely they know where to get... i also wondered whether the license is tied to the geylang address instead of the OKT name?

i guess the only way is to talk to an OKT, but he won't reveal also bah

I thought there are some geylang brothel close down after COVID recovered. Some don't want to continue so shld have vacancy. Btw, beside 1669 saw 1667 hou like doing renovations dunno is it a new house gonna open soon. In that case might need to wait okt retire and close shop. So many okts are quite old and don't think they pass down to their kids
