Was at a massage shop 唐宫御足地带 and wanted to do ear picking too. They offered 2 option, cheaper one sitting up or lying down (199rmb, can get discount from meituan).

Took the lie down as I wanted to try. Came a girl dressed in a tight/short qipao and started the service. They seem ok with thigh touching but anything else is not allowed as they will say they are a legit shop. Probably YMMV.

After the ear service, she said still got leg massage. The massage is like a face-up clothed B2B massage for the legs only. Slight teasing but that's about it. The masseur I got looks like she hates her job.

After that I opt for a legit leg massage by another masseur which was longer and cheaper than the ear digging and she told me that there is a KTV in the next building which I can try but I was scarred already. Can read in Nanjing thread if keen.
