I think you misunderstood the meaning of farming.

"Farming" is not chatting and saying BS for days in advance (pretending you are there on site or overseas is not really relevant).
"Farming" means to give little money in advance, apparently in change of nothing if not friendship, to show that one is not stingy but willing to support.
It is like spreading little particles of bread in the water before starting to fish, to attract fishes in the area.

Wth? There was no mention abt this mandatory 200k tip at any point of time. Dk whether they scamming me becoz im tourist or that is always the case. But they inisisted on the 200k tip.

I told recep that i alr tipped the girl 100k in the room. Recep went to confirm w my girl before they reduced the price from 485k to 385k.

So end up, net expense for the session is 485k. The girl was definitely worth 485k. If they ASKED me if i okay with tipping 200k, i wld gladly do that. But it really made the entire session sour by mandatory adding in this 200k. I felt scammed.

So if i were to choose FS instead of HJ, does that mean is 285k (room) + 400k (top up for FS) + 200k (tip for girl)? Thats almost 900k for 1 shot.

last time l go the cashier upsell me to use vvip to have to pay 385 instead of 285k because have bathup never use it. last time l go the girl will ask if you want full or usual. l ask for full the qoute 400k for fj + 100k for b2b massage.
so pay the girl 400k and at the cashier 285k all done.

you are using taxi or private hire ? because some time the driver will ask the spa to give them tip because the delivery you to their place for massage.
