I'm quite agree with this. Young ML who practice self discipline by noted down the appointment in piece of paper usually won't keep looking at phone like this.
Some mature ML who lazy and opportunist always like to shuffle the timing around to slot in another bro. Worst is they never note it down, so have to check the previous bro message for the agreed timing

Think it has nothing to do with age like bro Johndick mentioned, mainly on how serious they treat their session and how serious they are in earning money. Individual attitude. Can say that because you have MLs of different ages from both sides of the spectrum.
