Brother, from chinese medicine view, your kidneys may be weak.
Go and see TCM doctor. You need to boost kidney strength.
Or you can go chinese medical shop... they have these type of products to strengthen male libido... it's all around kidney strengthening... It does not work like viagra... it's more gradual...
