Fyi, before any WL can even submit her application to AV to work in PT... she has to find a licensed OKT to sponsor her application. Currently only H10 can do it but he has oredi submitted applications for 10 WLs for his house. His quota is full and he cannot sponsor anymore WLs.
Those WLs coming back need to find another OKT to be their sponsor..... but all the houses in PT are taken up by legitimate businesses except for H24.
H24 is run down and decrepited..... cannot pass fire safety inspection. Whichever OKT thinking of renting that unit has to do extensive renovations which is going to cost big money. A recent quote by a contractor was $30K to demolish the existing rooms and rebuilt into 12 partitioned rooms. Dunno which OKT is willing to fork out that amount.

Heard H4 also applied for reopening. Its also 1 of the house left that can operate rld business as the boss is the owner of the house. And yes, for the rest of the other houses already let our for other business.
