This used to happen to me TS. Was quite worried as well, but found some advice online and completely stopped masturbating and porn. Was addicted for many years. Tough journey for about 2-3 months but eventually got used to it and its worth it in the long run.
If you rlly cannot tahan and need to release then do not death grip and choke your dick. Will reduce sensitivity.
