Popped by a random pharmacy in central pattaya for such pills
sold me Kamagra, i think. 350 baht for 4 pills.
asked what are the side effects: slight headache, no more, i was told.
Had lots of alcohol with it 1 nite
Headache is not slight, but not severe also. Like your head banged on something and can still live with it. No other effects noted.
Yes it aided erection. But i would say the effect is not strong or lasting. Just took 1 pill to try. Not sure if its the real stuff.

I took viagra before, prescribed by doctor. Its more effective than Kamagra.
But i dont dare take too much viagra before i was borned with a slight heart defect. Can feel heart beat faster after consuming just half a viagra and the erection effect. Havent tried taking 1 whole pill before.
