the flowers are optional, ranges from 200-300THB. Even ladies drink is optional, you can ask them to drink your liquor or beer. It's better to just tip them 100-200thb at the end of your visit instead of buying flowers and endless ladies drink. Even if you buy flowers and ladies drink, one will do. Just tell them you'll tip them later and they'll understand.
