No actual red light district. You can find freelancers everywhere. Skygarden and other popular clubs you can find them. But I think Skygarden is closed. 9 Billion Rupiah in taxes unpaid.
If you have twitter search #openbobali #bobaliarea #infobookingbali. You can haggle via WhatApp. Some want down payment though.
