I believe it opens at noon. I don't think any girls show up until around 2pm. By 4pm most of the girls will be there. By 7pm they will all be there. The dancers used to start at 6pm but I think they don't start until 7pm now. I normally go around 6pm since that's right after work, but as far as a "best" time to go, I think any time after 4pm is fine. I like to get there before a lot of guys are there. It's been very quiet lately though, so it won't be crowded regardless of the time you go at the moment.
