Sorry to hear that. I have a couple of friends who have gone through TURP and both now have retrograde ejaculation but no incontinence and still having sex with no issues.
If you're going to have it done make sure you have the best surgeon that you can afford do the procedure.
The outcome depends a lot on the skill of the surgeon in avoiding nerve damage.
