Unless there is a drastic fall in numbers by 4th week of April (give and take a 2 week period for the 7th April closure to take effect) it is unlikely the closure order shall be lifted in the first week of May...probably this is why Lawrence Wong already gave an early warning on 9 o'clock news to be prepared for closure to continue, even before it has actually been implemented on Tuesday...

Must say I am very curious and interested to know how HK & Taiwan have thus far managed to keep their numbers down with current figures at 862 and 355 respectively...incredible, especially HK with a 7.5m pop in a densely populated area quite similar to Singapore...have they been doing anything distinctly different from us to flatten the curve?...
