My advice is really keep calm. I been disturbed by 3 spirit I seen 2 of it personally in blurry image when they stepped on me during my sleep.

I was jobless and very suay then cannot afford to get carrot chop anymore. I just curse and swear at them slowly they disappeared then a monk told me ghost are scared of angry people as they have nothing to lose.

However till now I still experience those feelings every now and then but it's my fault. All I can say is in Singapore there is no proficient master all phoney shit. Those Nick Joe seng
