There are the following reasons why male secretions are fishy:
1. Balanitis: It is related to improper hygiene. The glans is relatively moist. After inflammation, there will be secretions in the glans with a fishy smell. Local redness, swelling, itching, pain, etc.
2. Prostatic hyperplasia: The prostate will secrete fluid. When the prostatic tissue enlarges, frequent urination, urgency, and continuous urine dripping will occur, making the secretions fishy and causing abdominal pain and other discomfort.
