You want long foreplay then you need to go for 90 minute sessions. My experience is that 45 minutes isn't long enough for that.
Foreplay requires chemistry. please, the effort into foreplay depends on their chemistry with you. If you can make them feel like a normal lady who also needs love and concern and not just another body to cum in, they will make more effort to give you foreplay and GFE. Consider bringing some fruits/desserts and asking about their life. Show some genuine interest and concern for their well-being.
