Yep,Formosa will eventually have to go after their lease are up (if i dont remember wrong should be towards end of next year or somewhere 2017). The piece of land has already been sold off quite some time ago according to whats being shared by one of the bro in this thread few months ago.
I did share (or have hinted)a little before,Center Point beside Formosa will eventually become a hotel (its emptying itself now). Da Vienna Hotel is "likely" belongs to the Management of Formosa since i see staffs of Formosa at Da Vienna in my previous summaries. The surrounding land,lucky plaza to New Berlian (Nagoya 68 hotel) site has also been sold too. I was also looking for alternatives to Formosa since 5 – 6 months ago.
Indonesia do things very much slower than in Sillypore especially when it comes to tearing down and rebuilding something. It will still take a while before Formosa will eventually comes down. I am guessing,at least more than 1 year later. Its not too late to find an alternative now and i have been doing that since...well...read my summaries over the last 6 months.

Yea,those Chinese news paper from Sillypore when they reach Batam cost me 10k,hehehe...anyway,even Batam Pos or their local papers,i still pay them 10k. I will take the papers from the kid/s who sells it after paying her 10k.
In my own perspective,beside just discouraging Syndicate from using kids as beggars,i always believe if one is willing to work,he/she SHOULD NOT go hungry. i will pay the kids for the newspapers (usually at a little higher price) and then collected the papers they sells even when i dont really have much use of it becos i have this belief that no one likes to beg in the street or choose to be a beggar if circumstance allows it.

One really needs to really set their dignity to the lowest to beg in the public street. And in this case if the little kid (or their parents) choose to "work" for a living ,why should i take away this most BASIC DIGNITY by treating any of them like a beggar? (dignity here refers to dignity of the kid's parents and the kids themsleves)
These kids selling newspapers are Newspaper Sellers,not beggars. Stop treating them like they are beggars for starter.
Its a very basic mutual respect to another human being. Look at it from another angle,the parent/s of these kids for some reason/s cannot work (or choose not to),so the kids goes out to “work” to bring in or somehow subsidise the family household's bread and butter, will anyone here reading this post do the same if you were in that same/similar situation with the kid's family? (I am making illustration base on myself being in the same situation as the parents of the kids who sell me the papers) IF given ONLY 2 paths under similar circumstances as their parents,will I choose to want my kids to “work” or to “beg”?
Kids cant really tell the difference between "working for a living" and "begging for a living",but WE as adults can,dont we?
Newspaper usually cost : 5k
i pay the kids who sells it : usually 10k (sometime 7k to 8k)
Extra 2k-5k given is not a donation in this case but a small tip. (there can be more than 1001 reasons for tipping a little kid)
If i give 5k or 10k to anyone who ask me for money in the street. They are begging and i am donating. There is mainly ONLY ONE reason why i donate to beggars,becos i PITY them. And i respect those in the streets of Batam with a good pair of 2 hands and 2 legs who choose to "work for a living" w/o hurting others.
