To me, I don't think the issue is whether your girl is a PRC or not. Your description of her character is simply, a young girl who needs lots of attention. A young girl who has low esteem (ok, not enuf confidence about herself on looks, her maturity etc).
If you feel bogged down with her kind of hot-cold behaviour and as you mentioned you have not even started on a sexual relationship with her, my advice is best to let her slide out of your life. If you truly love this person, you would have been able to put up with her 'little missus' behaviour, you would be the one chasing after her 24/7 and spend every waking minute just thinking about her.
This is the beginning of your relationship, the honeymoon period and you are not even excited about the relationship. These are red flags, walk away. My thoughts if you care to know? No regrets
Just move on and don't look back.
