Happening KTV nowadays
 

Lost touch with the KTV scene for quite awhile due to other commitments. Any recommendations for adequate playability and pocket friendly KTVs?

Hi bro,

Here's what i am familiar with.

Selegie Area:
K2 is my choice since i can't speak Chinese. Mainly viets and great fun.

Chinadoll, Jade etc - these are mainly PRC girls that have no mamasan. Rates are about $30. I went there a couple of times but have not returned as I can't spean chinese.

Cuppage:
Starlight (top floor) and Vitamin (Basement)
Both are considered the same and managed by mamasan.
I like this place as its mainly viets, with handful of PRC, Laos, Philippines, Indonesian and Malaysians.
I can send you more details after this update.

Bugis:
Club J'wels
Mainly PRC - can be fun but then again i don't speak Chinese.

Tycoon KTV
I heard this place is wild have yet to go there.

Orchard KTV
Once a upon a time i was told it was a high end with PRCs. Now they have Happy hour with Viets, similar to K2 and Starlight type of fun.

Thanks for sharing the details.

I agree that it's not uncommon to share publicly contacts of MMS and details around how 'activities' are managed should be shared discreetly to avoid unnecessary implication and troubles, esp if it connects back to the MMS even though it's a known fact of what could go on in these establishments.

I will add to your points asap - once again, thanks to you and all other bros who have contributed.
