The Dec 2019 ferry coupon is out this month but 15th Jan 2020 is also out at the same time, saw 2 sellers selling Jan 2020 coupons selling earlier than Dec 2019 coupons. One at S$5 and another at S$2. But all bros who are using Oct/Nov coupons will be issued open ferry tickets that expires Dec 2019 by Horizon Counter at Harbour Front anyway. :p


I am expecting S$28 Jan 2020 open tickets from ferry coupons on next month November 2019, otherwise Dec 2019.

I just got back from Batam, will clear the other board messages on a later date/time, this Batam trip is really a very exhausting one...hehehe...and as usual, i need to rest up a bit for now.

There are many things to share in this October trip,more on getting the BEST with least. One other interesting one is on massage therapist who got sack due to something being done wrong rather hilariously, some extra add-on info on ordering Grab Food, and there is yet another way to bypass taxi mafia's suspicion when using online taxis.

Right at almost the door step of Nagoya Hill Mall,hehehe...a friend of mine test-ordered GoCar. It seems to work well for him. :D

Hi bros, planning for a trip to batam 2 days from now. Have been reading up on this forum for awhile and have a few things I'm still unclear about. Pardon me as it's my first ever time venturing out of sg so abit blur I guess.

Mainly I'm unclear about the location of the villas. Which hotel would be the most convenient to walk over to the villas to have a look. Don't want to have a driver rip me off. Yet to book hotel and ferry. Is it better to pay the hotel online or go there and pay in cash ?
And lastly if the girl is to stay with me till the next day, and she doesn't want to go more then 2 shots is there anything I can do about it ?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my questions, please do assist me if you are able to. Will post a detailed fr of my trip when I'm back.

Hehehe...if i wish to pay higher price, i would have stayed in Singapore to get a pop instead of going to Batam. Nearly 7 years down the road in Batam, i have not paid more than 400k rupiah for a bonk before. Be it the girl's age was between 18 to 40,hehehe...bargaining downward helps a lot in my adventures in Batam (not just my wallet but service level from the girls too).

Hehehe...this is one good technique. Thrice me and my friends went to look for Robert, 1st time the girls no good base on HIS recommendation, 2nd time usually not bad and/or above average. Well, thats if you still remember...hehehe...few of my friends got stuck with his girls before. :D

Which is one reason why usually when my 1st visit to a X booking joint is not good, i still goes back again once more to give them a benefit of doubts. (1 girl no good doesnt mean all girls no good there)Hence there are joints which i will constantly go to again and again and again but there will also be joints that even if someone offer to pay for the girls there, i will still turn them down,hehehe...

Yes, one man's meat can be another man's poison. My advise to most of my friends visiting booking joint, one must know what he is looking for (in terms of action inside room), tell the OKT about it. And let him recommend. Then later give them a chance to "fine-tune" the type of girls for you. :p

Hehehe....1st day of my trip, upon arriving to Harbour Bay and was about to walk to the hotel...a BIG rainstorm with thunders and heavy down pour. How BIG is the downpour...this BIG...


The hotel was suppose to come pick us all up, they didnt (until i call them later). Not the 1st time same thing happened,so i arent surprised BUT i still got to call the hotel up to give them a piece of my mind before they eventually got someone to pick us up. But again, that was about one hour after we have reached Bayfront Mall.

Bloody hotel got no business from Monday to Friday, yet they can make such "stupid" mistake by allowing guest/s to wait at the ferry terminal for about an hour due to POOR coordination. Its a Friday when we arrived and we were the only 6 guests in the hotel occupying 3 rooms in it on a Friday.

How did i know, because 2 of the hotel staffs tell me so. Because during breakfast, we were the ONLY living human in it. Because there is no buffet breakfast. Breakfast was ordered from the room service menu. And we have our breakfast in a cafe on the 1st floor instead of the breakfast area on the 2nd floor.


Fair enough, the hotel was just less than 5 mins walk away from the ferry terminal. All of us were not handicaps, but i didnt know which groups of uncles and which aunties was coming in this trip, hence i thought it was the previous aunties and uncles in my past trips who has some walking issue that would be coming. It turn out this trip's aunties and uncles were physical fit (yes, even fitter than me,hehehe...). If it werent for the rain, we would probably walk over.

Anyway, what tick me off was that i didnt bring the hotel's number with me, hence i have to do a search on the internet via my mobile phone, which i do not like to (i have 2 Telkomsel sim card, remember? But i dont like surfing on phone). Eventually found their number online, called them and they ask some seriously stupid question/s, and that was the last straw before i blew my top.

Uncles and aunties werent upset over them being late tho, so i guess i am the only one being paranoid (i believe if i dont make that "call", they will never come but aunties and uncles didnt know),hehehe...this hotel was recommended by a friend who tells me its good. Seriously, i dont see how good it is as i am typing this down now. Maybe it was due to my expectation as if its like Formosa Hotel.

I seriously didnt like the idea of the 1st event of the trip turning out not according to my arrangement. Maybe, its the weather's fault. Maybe its the hotel's fault...it could also be my fault too (bad temper). Thank heaven,uncles and aunties who were way more older than me has got more patience and were more optimistic than me. Glad my sudden mood swing didnt affect their mood that day,hehehe... :D

This is just Day 1, scene 1's ranting....haiz... :(

* one of the oldest uncle's wife in this trip was a Vietnamese lady from HCMC (still) holding Vietnamese passport who was on her way to becoming Singapore PR. I got a bit worried hence i pass her my spare Nokia 150 phone with Indo sim card with her before her passport was chop in the queue; thats in case she met with an issue with the immigration officers. (luckily, she brought her PR letter)

** immigration in Indonesia were known to "disturb" 1st time tourist with non-Singapore foreign passport (as according to my understanding from trip-advisor). No harm being extra careful.

Upon arrival, we didnt even check into our rooms, aunties and uncles really knows how to fully utilize every min of their time. We drop our luggages and bags at the reception and head for breakfast at Meximi Pub wan tan mee,hehehe... :)


Believe me, we book a full day taxi from hotel and the our driver took quite a bit of time to reach that place (driver didnt know where is Meximo Pub due to its closure and thought we are heading to a KTV,hehehe...). Hence aunties and uncles thought that this Meximo Pub wan tan mee is very very far away from where we stay in.

Its actually pretty nearby. Shouldnt take more than 5 min drive but well, due to the rain and driver not knowing the place, we took more than 10 mins to reach there. I learned that Meximo pub's wan tan price has gone up...


The local probably dont know where is Meximo pub wan tan mee since it is a nickname i gave to this shop due to its close proximity to Meximo Pub. The KTV pub (Meximo) has closed down for some time, but building still there. I also dont know the location too, but i just use Meximo KTV and pub to locate the place,hehehe...


As the usual case, no one in our group says that noodle we ate wasnt good, 6 bowls of noodle with drinks, total cost was about 148k rupiah,hehehe...1st meal is on me. ;)

* notice price has gone up for their noodles? Used to be like 17k to 18k per bowl.

Next, is to burn away what we just ate with a little bit of leg exercise. Shopping time...
